DESCRIPTION

Diode Schottky 40V 1A 2-Pin SMA T/R


Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a Schottky diode SS14 rectifier from Fairchild Semiconductor. Its maximum power dissipation is 1100 mW. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 40 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 1@Ta=75C A. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 125 °C. It is made in a single configuration.
